- Is Your Cognitive Tutor Software Up to Date?
To find out what version of the Cognitive Tutor you're using, go to the "Help" menu in Teacher's Toolkit or Cognitive Tutor and choose "About". If it doesn't say version 2010.04.28, you'll want to upgrade as soon as possible. Simply click here to get the upgrade process started. If you need more information, contact Customer Support at help@carnegielearning.com or call the Help Desk toll-free at 1-877-401-CLCS (2527).
